What are the conference hours?

The conference will run from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Friday and from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturday.

Will childcare be provided?

No, childcare services will not be available during the conference.

Can you recommend nearby hotels for accommodation?

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

Yes, tickets will be available for purchase at the door. However, we recommend purchasing in advance to secure your spot and expedite entry.

Is there a difference in ticket prices for attending only Friday or Saturday?

No, the ticket price remains the same regardless of attending one or both days. Each ticket grants access to both days of the conference.

Is the conference venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible. Please let us know in advance if you require any specific accommodations, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend after purchasing a ticket?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for purchased tickets. However, tickets are transferable, so you can give yours to a friend or colleague if you are unable to attend. If you'd like to save your ticket for future conferences, you may do so as well.

Will food be provided at the Event?

Friday Night: Kick off the weekend with delicious options from two fantastic food trucks! The Spud Station and Texas Taco will be on-site, offering a variety of mouthwatering dishes available for purchase.

Saturday: We've got you covered for lunch! Enjoy a satisfying meal provided by us as part of the conference experience.
