She has a Bachelors Degree from Calvary Bible Institute and has been serving and teaching with the ministry Calvary Commission for 25 years. A Humbled Heart

Gina Butler

We hear a lot about pride in our world today, but Scripture says God the Father weeps in secret because of our pride. Women today are urged to be self-sufficient - and I lived it with all my heart. But then God revealed to me pride and self-sufficiency walk hand in hand and He took me on a field trip! It was then God showed me His answer to pride - a humbled heart. And humbled hearts only happen through Jesus.

Lover of all things Texas (especially burnt orange ones), Gina R.J. Butler tells it like it is no matter what the subject. Using God’s Word as her guide, Gina connects the 21st century woman with women of the Bible revealing Christ’s grace, redemption, joy and beauty.

Gina and Shane, her husband of 38 years (and counting), have two grown children, a wonderful daughter-in-law, a genius son-in-law and 5 glorious grandchildren!

Author of What About Her? A Study of Biblical Women, Gina teaches several Bible studies originating in Tyler, TX. You can learn more about her ministry at www.grjbministries.com

The God Who Restores

Tami Glasco

Where is God when your life is devastated and you find yourself sitting in the wreckage? That is where I found myself following the unexpected death of my husband. What I found was a God who was waiting to restore all that was broken. What seems impossible can become something beautiful even with its flaws and imperfections.

Tami is the mother of 7 - 4 daughters by birth and 3 sons when those daughters married. She has 12 grandchildren who are her greatest joy! She and her family make their home in Brenham Texas - the land of bluebonnets and Blue Bell ice cream. Her precious husband, one daughter and one grandson reside in heaven where she will reunite with them one glorious day.

She called her husband Troy, her knight in shining armor, the love of her life and her very best friend. They were married for almost 33 years.

Becoming a widow is not the story she had written for her life but she has come to trust the story God is writing even when she doesn’t understand it. This story she would have never written is ultimately where Hope Gathering was born.

Tami and two friends founded Hope Gathering in December of 2015. She currently serves as the President and Executive Director. Hope Gathering became a nonprofit ministry in 2020. Widows in all 50 states have been reached with Hope Boxes and so far 38 Hope Gathering committees have been launched throughout Texas, Georgia, Florida, Missouri and California. The prayer is to help widows find Hope and healing in Christ-centered communities all across the United States. She firmly believes that no widow should have to travel this journey alone.

Unlocking the Boundless Blessings of the Bible

Tara Borgonah

After breaking free from decades in a religious cult, Tara thought she was finished with God. Fortunately, she was mistaken. At her lowest point, following a devastating trauma, Tara’s healing journey began in what was once a difficult place: The Bible. During her transformative journey from Genesis to Revelation, she discovered three key principles that helped her overcome obstacles hindering spiritual growth, leading to a deeper, richer relationship with God. Now devoted to full-time ministry, she inspires others to unlock the boundless blessings of the Bible, awaiting anyone willing to use the keys.

After experiencing a devastating trauma, Tara Borgonah discovered the life-changing power of the Bible, which unexpectedly led her into ministry to share God’s Word. With just one catch - she didn’t want to do it! Like Jonah, she wanted to set sail for Tarshish and avoid the call to Nineveh.

The deep wounds from her childhood, spent in a religious cult, left lasting scars, leaving her reluctant to trust again. But God won her heart by healing it with His boundless love.

She is the founder of the Women’s Global Support Network and The Girl Read Your Bible Study Group.
